The Government of the Czech Republic is offering scholarships to citizens of selected developing and specific third countries for full-time study at public higher education institutions. The programme forms part of the country’s Foreign Development Cooperation and supports the 2027/2028 academic year.
Since the late 1950s, more than 20,000 international students have completed studies in the Czech Republic through this government scholarship scheme. It is implemented jointly by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.
