How to Apply

Apply online at www.studyinkorea.go.kr. Create a member login and submit all documents according to the guidance.

Important Checking Points Before Applying

  1. All applicants must upload documents such as Birthday Certificate, Family Relation Certificate, Educational Certificates and similar papers with E-Apostille issued by the Foreign Ministry of Affairs in Bangladesh.
  2. When you upload scan the E-Apostille cover and the certificate together. If you submit the E-Apostille cover, only your documents will not be evaluated.
  3. No need for Consular confirmation or Attestation by the Korean Embassy in Bangladesh. If you have already completed the attestation from the Korean Embassy, you may submit those documents.
  4. Bangladeshi nationals who hold certificates or transcripts or degrees issued outside Bangladesh must also have them attested or confirmed properly for example with an Apostille certificate.

Tip. Many applicants submit documents near the last submission date. Sending documents earlier shows you are prepared well. Apply when you are ready. Do not wait for the final day.

Tip. According to NIIED guidelines, all applicants must submit Final Educational Certificates to the Embassy for Embassy Track and to the Universities for University Track. If you only have Provisional certificates, consider carefully whether to submit. In Korea, Provisional Certificates are not accepted as Final Graduation Certificates.
